It is important to keep your wiring secure and supported off the frame. Below is how I like to make my wiring standoff supports.
First cut a piece of soft rubber or plastic tubing to the desired length. Insert a zip tie through the center of the tube piece that you will use for your standoff.
The above photo shows the support tube with the zip tie.
Next wrap the zip tie around your wire bundle and then feed it back through the tube piece.
Above you can see the zip tie is around the wire bundle and then wrapped around the support (frame) member. The end is then inserted into the lock and pulled tight enough to hold the wiring into the desired postition.
Above the wire bundle/cable is firmly supported off of the frame and cushioned by the soft plastic tubing.
